Simple Onion Chicken
Simple Chicken in Onions
1 Onion
1 Cup Olive Oil
1 package of chicken wings or legs
salt and pepper to taste

Line your pan with tinfoil unless you have a passion for washing dishes. Evenly cover the bottom of the pan with onions. Rub each leg with oil and lightly season with salt and pepper. Spacing the chicken about 1/2 inch apart. Cover with tinfoil. Tinfoil note: see how one side is shining and one side is dull? There is a reason for this. The reflective side intensifies the heat, the dull side allows heat to pass through it. Always use foil shiny side towards the meat.

Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes while covered, then remove the foil and cook until golden brown. It will take about another 20 minutes.
